2 X Toilets

-1 toilet with shower and sink

The bedroom avaliable is small sized double room with a double bed, drawers, and a clothing rack.

The area boasts multiple Bus links to all around London, 19, 319, 49, 344, 345, 170, all within 3 minute's walk from the doorstep. Battersea Power Station tube and Sloane Square tube are your nearest undergrounds that are within a 10min bus or 20 minute walk. Clapham Junction overground is an 8minute bus from outside the flat!

Other points to note, there is a co op, a few take away stores, chemist, dry cleaners and few coffee/take away stores/pubs within minutes on the main road of Battersea Bridge, big ASDA in clapham junction etc.

We are all working professionals who are tidy and respectful but also enjoy a beverage or walk in the park together. Not a party household.

A deposit of 5 weeks of rent will be required to be held as a safety precustion against any damages.

Rent would be paid up front in advance.
