2. all bills (broadband, council, water, Netflix, Disney+) except for gas and electricity (both on smart meters), which will be split three ways equally.

The best part is this: we have prepared this house for our own (hence the no-expenses spared approach) but the arrival of our son changed our plans. This means that most of the time you will have the house to share with just one lovey and quiet professional lady (hence the preference for female lodgers).

About me: I do not expect to be in the house for more than a few nights a month. I am a risk manager and have an MBA from Oxford. I am a keen runner and cyclist and I am very quiet and tidy.
