The flat is in a purpose built block. The bedroom is 9' x 7. 4' and has a junior double bed with storage drawers, wardrobe with a mirror, a bedside table, spot lights and wooden floors. The bathroom is fully tiled, with storage space and a large mirror. You will be sharing the bathroom with one person only as the third bedroom has an en suite private bathroom.

Fully fitted kitchen is fully equipped with branded appliances (including dish washer and washing machine). Lounge has sofas, tv and dining table and chairs. We also have an additional shed for larger items such as bikes and suitcases to be securely stored away.

The flat is situated just off Battersea Bridge Road so there are many amenities right outside your doorstep. Bus stops are a 30 second walk with plenty of buses getting you anywhere to central easily. Nearest tube stations are South Kensingston and Sloane Square. Clapham junction is also within easy reach for mainline train connections. A number of night buses are available too. The beautiful greens of Battersea park and the river front are a very short walk away, Chelseas Kings road is about 5-10 min walk. Plenty of shops and bars within a few mins walking range. A big Asda is nearby and there are several offlicenses/convenient stores outside your doorstep for day to day things.

Rent is £138pw (£598pm) excluding bills. Deposit is 1 month. The fixed bills add up to be £46 per month which includes council tax, water, TV license, Sky, broadband and landline phone. Quarterly gas and electric bills will be split 3-ways when we receive them. We have a cleaner that comes every 2 weeks which we split (approx £30 each per month)

We are looking for a professional female (ideally between 25 and 39) who is friendly, clean, tidy and respectful of our boundaries. We are Irish and French and both have our own lives but like to hang out from time to time in the evening and would love someone who would want to do the same. If you work from home, it is not ideal as the room is too small for a desk and we prefer to keep the communal areas free.
