Battersea Room Available in Flatshare

Hey all,

I am moving out of my lovely double room in our 4 person flatshare in Battersea after living here for three years. The room comes with a double bed, and a large mirrored wardrobe with shelf attached.

The flat is a 15 min walk from Clapham Common station (northern line), 20 min walk from Battersea power station (northern line) and 12 min walk to Queenstown road (overground). There are buses 5 min walk that will take you into Covent Garden/Chelsea etc. The newly opened Battersea power station shopping centre is a 20 min walk.

The bills include WiFi, gas, electric, water and council tax. Which comes to around £115 each pm. The rent is £775 per month and the deposit is £750.

We’re looking for a considerate, friendly and tidy person, and we are all working professionals in our twenties. Girls only considered please! My name is Jo and I’m 25 originally from South Africa - you’ll be sharing with Amy (26) from Australia, Roisin (26) who is English and Rosalind (24) also English. We’re all very chill and friendly people, and the area is really well connected and walking distance of everything you need.

We will be holding viewings next week (starting 13 October). We are looking for someone to move in from 4 November. I’ll be moving out beginning of November and the new contract will be signed in December (due to agency wanting to create a new contract in December), so I’d cover the rent from November and you can pay me directly, and then you’d sign the new contract with the girls in December.
