We are currently looking for a new housemate to join our lovely home!

The rooms a double It comes fully furnished.

The house has a large living room with a tv, a kitchen with a dining area, and small front and back garden spaces. Which are also furnished with seating and a barbecue for the summer. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bath/shower and then an additional toilet downstairs. There is also a washing machine room (no dryer I'm afraid).

It is not a modern place but it has a lovely homely feel which is very rare in London.

It is located 10 minutes from Clapham Junction station which can take you all over the country and has an overground line. (Super easy to get around) also 5 minutes away from Wandsworth town station, plenty of bus stops

It is also 2 minutes away from the Thames and has a beautiful walk along the river nearby - It also is very close to Clapham Common and Wandsworth Common Park for summer!

About us - There are three of us currently living here. We have Inigo, Farah and Louis. We all work in the entertainment industry so we are ideally looking for other creative people. We are ideally looking for an lgbt housemate but happy to consider every one.

Unfortunately we won’t consider anyone who works completely from home or that is a student.

We like to keep our lives separate but we do come together for the odd day out, parties or festivals.

The rooms are around £550 without bills included. But with bills it is under £700 total.
