Short term let (mid July till end of August)

Decent size single room near Battersea Park, just 12 mins walking distance to Clapham Junction Station and 15 mins by bus to Victoria.

I'm looking for someone to rent my room for a month and half as l'll be away.

The house is big and spacious, the living room too there's a TV and a huge sofa. We do enjoy chill nights, watching Netflix and a glass of wine but also going to the pub, checking out restaurants or going to events.
You'll be sharing the house with my two flatmates which are like family to me, we respect each other spaces and keep the place tidy and clean.
We do have a garden so lt's perfect for the summer ahead.
I do have a cat in the house so you'll need to be ok with pets :)
