I’m now looking for respectful individual tenants for the 2 rooms available.

Musjid Road is a quiet, leafy cul-de-sac beside a beautiful Victorian school, with a friendly, family feel. The house is just a 5-minute walk from Clapham Junction and a 5-minute cycle from Battersea Park.

The house features:

It’s a warm, happy home with a great atmosphere. The sociable kitchen-diner opens beautifully into the garden, making it ideal for entertaining or relaxed evenings at home. There’s also a separate, spacious lounge to unwind in.

I’m a Royal College of Art graduate and now split my time between Bristol and Cornwall. As a landlord, I’m easy-going and keen to find tenants who will really enjoy and look after this lovely house.

The rooms are all a good size- one of them is huge.. this one has now gone.

The last two room are good sizes.

The two tenants who have secured a room are:

Male, ages 23 & 25.

One is at the RCA/Imperial doing a Masters, the other is taking his Bar exam this summer but works full time professionally.
