Double room in 3 bed flat in Battersea

2 friends looking for a 3rd flatmate from 25 September!!

We have lived in the flat for 3 years now and sadly our flatmate is moving out at the end of September so we are looking for someone to replace her.

Katie (28) works in Chelsea as a nurse and Eloise (28) works in Bank in HR. We both work from the office with an occasional weekday off or WFH day so we would prefer someone with a similar schedule.
We are pretty chilled and enjoy spending time together, nights in and nights out. We would prefer another girl of a similar age/lifestyle/interests who we can be friends with too.

The room has a built-in double wardrobe and comes with a bed, mattress and bedside table. It would probably suit someone who doesn’t work from home as there isn’t a desk in the room.

The flat is about 5 minutes from Albert Bridge, and 10 minutes from Kings Road. It’s right next to Battersea Park and you can walk to Sloane Square (District & Circle line), South Kensington (District & Circle line, Piccadilly line), Battersea Power Station (Northern line) and Clapham Junction (overground) all in under 30 minutes. There is also a bus stop right outside the flat on Battersea Bridge Road with frequent busses (and a night bus).

Rent is £835 pcm, plus bills £95pcm approx.
You will need to pass referencing from the estate agency and be earning 2.5x the monthly rent pcm.
