We have a gorgeous, well-lit, modern and furnished room available from the 29th November (move-in date flexible) in a zone 1, new-build apartment.

Please note, this will initially be a sublease up until the end of March. You will then have the opportunity to sign on to a new lease which we plan to stay on for.

Location:
The apartment is just a 5 min walk from Battersea Park and Battersea Power Station. There is a Sainsbury's Local 30 second walk away and a big Tesco 10 min walk away.

Plenty of nearby transport options:
- Battersea Power Station tube
- Battersea Park train station
- Queenstown Road train station
- Multiple bus routes

The apartment comes with:

About us:
We're Char and Chris, a Kiwi couple from NZ. Chris works in tech and is in-office 3 days a week. I currently work as a professional Nanny and am out of the house 4-5 days a week (I’m usually in sales, but between jobs). We're both very busy but sociable people who are generally low key during the week, although open to catching up over a few beers/wines! (Chris makes amazing cocktails too!) We travel frequently which means you’ll often have the whole place to yourself, and on the weekends we're often out exploring London, We love music festivals and the occasional night out, but equally love a relaxing night in with Netflix and popcorn. We're very tidy, respectful and enjoy socialising, but also respectful of peoples need for space and downtime.

Ideal housemate:
We'd like someone who is also working full-time, sociable, and busy (ie not a full-time hermit!). We would like to keep our house tidy and respectful of one another, everyone’s expected to clean up after themselves. We’d love to become friends with our housemate but completely understand you’ll have your own things going on too!

The apartment falls under Wandsworth Council Tax Band E, which is one of the cheapest council tax boroughs! Bills are split between the 3 of us and equate to roughly £100 a month each (on the higher end in colder months). This includes high-speed internet, water, underfloor heating and electricity.
