The room is a modern, double in a fully renovated 2-bedroom flat. The bedroom comes furnished as shown and with fitted built in wardrobes.

This flat is a recently converted 2-bed, 2 bath, with private balcony and is over 900 square feet.

It is conveniently situated, the property is a 4-minute walk to Queenstown Road Station, an 7-minute walk to Battersea Park and Battersea Park Station, a leisurely 15-minute stroll to Battersea Power Station. There are also plenty of bus options from just outside the flat.

I'm looking for a chilled, friendly, corporate professional to take the second bedroom. Even though I am independent, as there will just be two of us in the flat, I'd like to build a friendship overtime with a new housemate so a women is preferred. Must be clean people, clean, with the photos reflecting the expectations of how the flat should be kept, as well as someone who is respectful of the space and furniture as everything is just a few years old.

I have a cat called Coco and sometimes foster for a local animal charity so anyone who reaches out must like animals and be ok to feed Coco or with a cat sitter coming in regularly if I go away.
