27yr old single female who is a quiet and homely person, who enjoys netflix and a quiet night in. Works from home. (Would be ideal to live with someone who works in an office, but not a deal breaker as can work around this)

The flat is so conveniently located between 2 stations, 6 minute walk to Clapham Junction and 5 minute drive to Battersea Power station, with about 4 bus stops within 1 minute walk, with easy access into central 😀

The flat comes fully furnished, your bedroom includes a double bed, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, as well as your own en suite bathroom 😁 (video is showing the other bedroom as it old video, so the separate picture is of your en suite bathroom inside the bedroom)

The rent is £1100, with a 5 week rent deposit, bills are not included (but work out to about £200 between elec, water, council tax and wifi)
