Bright double room in social flat!

Hello!

My flatmate and I are looking for a third flatmate to join our 3 bed-maisonette in Battersea from the end of Jan as sadly our current flat mate is moving out.

The room is currently £770pm and £90ish for bills.

The location of the flat is only 8 minutes walk from Clapham Junction station and 15 minutes walk to Wandsworth Town Station. The available room is the smallest of the three, however it’s a cosy room with additional storage cupboard in the hallway if needed.

You’ll be living with Beccie (28) and Amy (28). We’re both shift workers working for the London Ambulance Service so need someone who is respectful of shift work.

In our spare time we enjoy running/exercising, socialising, nights out, gigs, brunches and ofc wine nights! We are both generally quite busy people so want someone who has their own social life, however want to find a new flatmate that we can be friends with too!

We are preferably looking for a female who is a similar age and who is friendly, tidy and up for getting involved in social plans, as well as someone who is respectful of our shift work schedules.
