Single room in a two bed flat just off Battersea Park Road available from around mid September for £600 a month. You’d be moving in to take over the rest of the contract with the current tenant (until Nov 2024) with the option to extend till Nov 2025.

Room comes with a single bed, two shelves (storage baskets not included), under bed storage drawers and a small wardrobe, (mirror not included). Bed can be pulled out to become a double (it’s a tight squeeze).

Open plan kitchen and living area with a washer and tumble dryer. Microwave, iron/ironing board not included but kettle, toaster etc are. Features a new boiler (heats up the flat very quickly). Coffee table and sofa with lots of shelving/storage opposite. Also has a modern bathroom that is shared.

The flat is located on the second floor (top of the building), has one street facing front door with a security gate providing access to the building with another door for direct access to the flat itself. You’d be sharing with a 25 year old male working in finance.

Clapham Junction station is a 10 minute walk (Overground & national rail service). Battersea Power station (Northern line) is a 15 minute bus journey. Battersea park is a 5 minute walk, very convenient in summer.

Tesco express and Sainsbury’s localare 2-5 minutes walk with Clapham junction high street a 15 minute walk away.
