The Gym is located in the basement. Tesco Express and bus stops on the corner.
What: Master bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and standing lamp. Shared bathroom (with bath) and open plan dining/living space with East-facing balcony. Video door entry system and lift.
How much:
Rent = £850pcm
Bills = £100pcm (includes electricity, heating, water, council tax, TV licence, Sky TV, Netflix and EE broadband)
Deposit = £1096 (5 weeks rent)
