Female flatmate needed; Double room with bathroom

Hi everyone! Sadly my flatmate will be moving out at the end of October, and I’m looking for a female flatmate available from the 1st November (not flexible) for a year long contract.

About the Flat:
- It’s a 2 bed, 2 bath modern flat with a large living room, balcony and lots of storage. I’m currently in the en-suite, but the other room also has its own bathroom. Please see Bedroom 2 on the floor plan.
- The building has an on-site gym (with Peloton bikes and new equipment), shared working spaces, a concierge, and a communal rooftop garden. All included in the rent.
- Bills are about £180 a month (this includes Wi-Fi, Water, Electricity, Heating and Council Tax).
- The flat is a 7 minute walk from Clapham Junction station with good transport links to Fulham, Shepherd’s Bush, Waterloo and Victoria.
- A parking space is available for an extra £200/month.

About me:
- I’m 26 years old and work in finance, but I’m taking some time off to pursue my Masters at UCL from the end of the month.
- I’m friendly, clean, tidy, and would like a similar flatmate.
- I have a nice group of friends and respect boundaries, but would like a flatmate I can be friends with.
-I like tennis, F1, pilates, art, dinner with friends, and quiet nights in.

The pictures provided are from the marketing materials from by the landlord, but the flat is very similar because the building is new and well maintained.
