I have 9th floor flat directly overlooking the Thames, which has been recently refurbished. A double bedroom is available and comes with a bed and double wardrobe and has its own small balcony. There are two juliet balconies in the lounge with a large TV and sound system.
Plantation wharf pier is 30 meters away so has the Thames boat as a method of transport. Buses 44, 295 C1 are 100m away and clapham junction station 5-8 minute walk.
Im into a healthy lifestyle and a gym routine so no party animals...not suitable for that. A cleaner will be around fortnightly. Would be great to have a flat mate which is like minded but a tidy person is a must whilst maintaining respect for the flat is also a must.
I think the flat would be ideal for a working person and to use the flat to unwind from work. I will not be around for 1-2 weekends a month. Not suitable for couples or just more than 1 person.
