Double room in Battersea

Hello!! My friend is going to Spain and leaves her room in my 3-bedroom apartment to enter at the beginning of January 2025. 12 minute walk to Battersea Power Station and 5 minutes to Queenstown Road and Battersea Park stations. We have a tesco metro right below our house and the park is in front. The orientation is west so there is a lot of light and it is quite warm.
The room is a double (£756). The room has a double bed , a huge built-in wardrobe and a fixed plaster shelf. The common areas are a bathroom with a toilet and the kitchen, which is in the living room.
The bills cost between £70 and £90 and are electricity, water, Council and Internet. Deposit £700. One year contract.
I am looking for a professional who is respectful, easy to get along with and very clean and organised.
