We are 3 female professionals looking for a 4th who enjoys socialising but also enjoys a clean, calm and cosy home to relax in after work. I am the owner and studying medicine. I grew up in New Zealand as well as the UK and love travelling, meeting new people and sport.

There is a shared, roomy living area with large sofa, coffee table, bookcase and TV. Shared kitchen with table and chairs, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine available to use, unlimited broadband and a weekly cleaner. Shared bright and airy bathroom with toilet, and shower over bath downstairs. Shower room upstairs (no toilet). Gas central heating. Small outside garden and patio area.

The cleaner, council tax, tv licence, broadband and water rates are all included in the rent. 1 month's rent as deposit.
