I am subletting my cute and cozy room from 6th AUGUST TO 11 AUGUST ONLY.

The flat is a two bedroom in Battersea SW11, just two blocks from the park and 10 minutes from the Power Station (Northern Line).

Rent: 200 for the 5 day period (with bills)

Accessibility: The flat is on the 5th floor of the building with two lifts. The flat is divided into two floors with kitchen and living room downstairs and bedrooms and bathroom upstairs, the stairs have 16 steps. There is a phone entry system.

Neighbourhood: Lots of cute restaurants around, the park is 2 blocks away, there is a Tescos and Pharmacy downstairs.

Transport: Bus stop 2 min walk, very close to Battersea Park Road Station and Queenstown Road Station.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dish washer, air fryer, cold press juicer, coffee machine, toaster etc.

Living room: Smart TV with all streamings you can think.

Bedroom: Double room with lots of storage, desk, shelfs, and two big windows that face the square.

(We don’t have any pets but the flat is pet friendly)
Queer friendly too.

You would be sharing with my flatmate and long term bff Alexia (29/she) who is also from Brazil (so amazing vibes!!) and loves theatre and works in retail close by. We are very clean and organised and it's necessary that however moves in will contribute too.
