Hi!
Looking for a full time professional (female preferred) to take on a double room in a very cute Battersea house share. The room comes with a separate additional storage space in the house, & is a rare room only contract (much better protection for us as tenants!).
Current housemates are 2 female civil service workers (full time), 27 & 31 years old. Please share a bit about you showing you meet what we’re looking for and we’d love to set up a viewing soon :)
About the house:
Great location with easy transport links - 20 mins walk from the power station, 20 mins walk from Clapham Junction, and 15 in either direction to Clapham Common or Battersea park.
From what has worked well previously, looking for the incoming housemates to be:
- No couples
- No pets
- 28-35
- Long term only (6mos minimum, 12+ preferred)
- Professionals with regular Mon-Fri working hours (no shift workers unfortunately)
- Clean, tidy, considerate, & keen to keep the house well cared for.
On the financial side:
- We each put £115 a month into a bills account. This covers all bills, with some left over to buy household supplies like cleaning products & loo roll.
