Hey there!
I’m looking for 2 flatmates for a furnished three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat near Battersea Power Station, in the Nine Elms area.

Two bedrooms with Shared Bathroom will become available from 1 April.

The apartment is a modern, new-build three-bedroom, two-bathroom flat that’s bright, spacious, and very comfortable.

Im currently live in a similar layout apartment in the same building 2 bed 2 bath. And signing 3 bed from 1 April.
First month of rent at a discount 50% can be offered.

The ensuite bedroom is currently occupied.
The two available bedrooms options SHARED Bathroom and one of them have access to a balcony.
Rent is £1,450 per room per month, excluding bills.
The location is excellent, with Battersea Power Station just a six-minute walk away and Nine Elms or Vauxhall tube stations around fifteen minutes on foot. There’s a bus stop two minutes away, Embassy Gardens is three minutes away, and the area is well served by M&S, Sainsbury’s, Battersea Shopping Centre, and plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Battersea Park is roughly a twenty-minute walk.
The building has great amenities, including a 24-hour concierge and residents’ team, super-fast fibre broadband, a fitness studio and cinema room, a stylish residents’ lounge, and a co-working space with private meeting rooms and a coffee machine. There’s also a very useful residents’ app that makes arranging repairs quick and hassle-free, along with Smeg kitchen appliances, climate control throughout the flat, and monitored parking available at an additional cost.
I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and comfortable sharing a calm, well-looked-after home. I value open communication and a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
A bit about me:
I work in the luxury beauty industry, which keeps me busy and out most days, often in creative, fast-paced environments. And I have a few personal projects that keep me busy most weekends as well. When I'm not working, I'm often out travelling. So most of the time you will have the home to yourself.
My occasional home life is intentionally slower, and I care about how a space feels.
I'm warm and easy to get along with, but I'm not looking for a built-in best friend or a silent stranger either. Think friendly check-ins, occasional shared dinners when it suits, and an unspoken understanding of each other's routines. Evenings are usually relaxed, unwinding, maybe a glass of wine or cooking a meal.
This flat suits someone who values ease, order, and a grown-up dynamic, and who wants a home that feels like a soft landing at the end of the day, not just a place to sleep.
