I’m looking for a female flatmate to take over the current tenant’s contract in a newly furnished 2-bedroom flat in Nine Elms.
The contract runs until April, with the option to extend (with a possible slight rent increase — if we get along and want to stay longer!).
Move in before the New Year. (Video and exact cost break down available upon request.)
The Flat
It’s a modern, new-build 2-bed, 2-bath apartment — bright, spacious, and super comfortable.
* Smaller bedroom with a private bathroom and balcony access: £1,650/month (bills not included) . Bills were previously around £150/month per person.
* Option to take the ensuite room: £1,900/month
Location: It’s in a great spot — about a 6-minute walk to Battersea Power Station, and 15 minutes to Nine Elms or Vauxhall Tube stations. There’s also a bus stop 2 minutes away and Embassy Gardens just 3 minutes away. Nearby you’ll find M&S, Sainsbury’s, Battersea Shopping Centre, and loads of bars, cafés, and restaurants. Battersea Park is around a 20-minute walk.

Quiet time is usually after 10 p. m., and I’d love to live with someone on the same page.
A cleaner comes every 2 weeks (£20 per visit, non-negotiable). There will also be reference and financial checks as part of the application.

At home, I’m quiet, not very chatty, and like to keep the space super clean, organized, and calm — it’s my little sanctuary after a long, active day.
