Hey there!
I’m looking for a flatmate or a couple to take over the ensuite room in a furnished two-bedroom flat in Battersea Power Station / Nine Elms. The room is available from April. A video of the flat can be shared upon request ahead of an in-person viewing.
The flat is a modern, new-build two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that’s bright, spacious, and very comfortable. The available room is the ensuite bedroom and is offered at £1,985 per month, excluding bills.

The location is excellent, with Battersea Power Station just a six-minute walk away and Nine Elms or Vauxhall tube stations around fifteen minutes on foot. There’s a bus stop two minutes away, Embassy Gardens is three minutes away, and the area is well served by M&S, Sainsbury’s, Battersea Shopping Centre, and plenty of cafés, bars, and restaurants. Battersea Park is roughly a twenty-minute walk.
The building has great amenities, including a 24-hour concierge and residents’ team, superfast fibre broadband, a fitness studio and cinema room, a stylish residents’ lounge, and a co-working space with private meeting rooms and a coffee machine. There’s also a very useful residents’ app that makes arranging repairs quick and hassle-free, along with Smeg kitchen appliances, climate control throughout the flat, and monitored parking available at an additional cost.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, considerate, and comfortable sharing a calm, well-looked-after home. I value open communication and a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable.
