Housemate wanted in lovely Battersea home!

Hello! We’re Zoe, Alicia & Sally, 3 girls living in a lovely house in Battersea and looking for someone else to join us.

We are looking for someone from 13th December but realise that is very soon so can be flexible!

🏡 The House & Room 🏡
It’s a 4 bedroom house in Battersea, with a big open plan kitchen leading out onto a patio garden. We’ve got a big living room, with a TV (Netflix, Disney+, Prime etc), we’ve got a laundry room downstairs with a washing machine and tumble dryer - this is an ideal spot for hanging laundry and storing suitcases etc. Then there’s one bathroom upstairs shared between 3, as the top floor room has an ensuite. We have a cleaner who comes every couple of weeks as well and does all the bathrooms and communal areas.

The room we’re advertising is a biggie with enough wardrobe space to satisfy all your ASOS next day delivery needs. It’s on the 2nd floor at the front of the house and has lots of lovely natural light with a big bay window and another window thrown in for free. The room is unfurnished but the ottoman bed can be included if you’d like to buy it off the current tenant. The price of the room is £1,115.40 a month which doesn’t include bills, but bills are roughly £138 a month (water, wifi, gas, electric & cleaner).

📍Location 📍
We’re a 10 minute walk to Clapham Junction station, and a 20 minute walk to lots of bars, restaurants and shops on Northcote Road. Asda is just 10 mins from the house as well. The other way you have Battersea Park which is a 5-10 minute walk which is ideal!

👭 Housemates 👭
We all get on really well and are more like friends than housemates, we all love watching a good old series together, going out for dinner and drinks, and just generally having a good time. Although to be clear we’re not a party house 🥲👵🏻 and can definitely appreciate everyones down time. A little bit about all of us …


Sally works for a dog food company (daily dog pics can be arranged) and is also into chatty runs, live music and good pubs. Current fixations include Wingstop, negronis and Strictly Come Dancing.
Alicia works for the civil service. Currently into running, wine bars, small plates and listens to Olivia Dean on repeat.

Zoe works in advertising as a creative. She likes running, margaritas, occasionally baking, watching a good Netflix series and just generally having a lovely time.

As a house we're used to everyone doing a mix of WFH and going into the office.
