I have a room available in my 3 bed flat in SW11

- rent is £850 + approx £90 bills
- deposit required (£960)
- furnished double room
- move in date 6th April

The flat is on Battersea Park Road - 15 minute walk to Battersea Power Station with great bus links across Battersea Bridge and Chelsea Bridge. 5 min bus/ 10 min walk to CJ.

The flat is on the first floor. It has a lovely living room, a patio balcony, and a shared garden.

You'll be living with Georgie and Iona, 24- both freindly, sociable gals who work mostly from home.

I am looking for a new flatmate who is of a similar age, clean & tidy, and who works in the office (max at home one day a week).
