A double room in a bright maisonette with 3 other professional / mature student householders. A quiet household looking for a similarly quiet housemate. This will be a room share lodger arrangement.

Would ideally suit someone looking for a home from home to work in London midweek until Thursdays. Stayover days can be negotiated.

Room is furnished with small double bed w/underbed storage, drawers, bedside table, corner desk wall shelves, mirror and small clothes rail.

Some storage space is available in the room to leave belongings and similarly with kitchen cupboard space.

Shared bathroom and cloakroom, kitchen diner, and living room with additional dining area. Communal garden and secure carparking area.
Flat is equipped with fridge, freezer, double oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave.

Inclusive of weekly cleaner, broadband, utilities, council tax, management fees and communal household items.

A secure carparking space is available during stay.

The maisonette is only 2 minutes walk away from the riverside walk and about 20 minutes from Victoria or South Kensington by bus.
