It’s a quiet apartments with 2 professionals and a small dog who is house trained, well behaved and does not yap for no reason. Preferable non smokers, no heavy drinkers - it’s a quiet responsible household.

The room of around 11 square meters ( 3.5 m X3 ), Quiet at night, close to local shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs. Park and Battersea Square 5 min walk, Chelsea just over the bridge. Battersea Power Station just across the park .

It’s an oldish apartment in ex council block so if you look for a fancy townhouse, don’t bother. Apartment needs a slight refurbishment which I do step by step - but it’s clean, nice and cosy.

Please, Don’t waste my time if you look for a new modern house or very sociable because we work a lot and don’t have much time to socialise. Unless you want to walk my dog with me.
