Looking for a clean female flatmate to rent my second bedroom in my flat in Battersea.
It’s a beautiful space with lots of natural light. The bedroom is a good size with built in wardrobes and the option to have a desk if you work from home.
The location is very convenient (5 min walk from Battersea Power Station, 5 min walk from Battersea tube station and 3 min walk from Battersea park). You can get to Tottenham court road on the Northern line in 15 minutes.
Great amenities nearby (Tesco next door, 24 hour gym 2 min walk away).
I am quiet and will be traveling a lot of the time so you will mostly have the place to yourself.
Could rent on a short term basis for a higher amount, open to discussion :)
