We have two double rooms available in our lovely house! There is no need to rent both at once as we'll be looking for two renters at this time.
The house is fully furnished and well-equipped. The room is on the first floor equipped with wardrobe, shelves and double bed.
The house has a medium sized kitchen with two fridges, freezer, a dishwasher and a big gas hob and oven. The living room is on the top floor and also has a lot of storage space, and we also have a cosy patio.
There are two bathrooms - one with a bath/shower and one with just a toilet. There is also a washing machine.
*** Bills are included in the rent - this includes Council Tax, TV license, Wifi, a cleaner every two weeks, gas, water and electricity. ***
The house is 30secs from The Fox and Hounds pub, 2mins walk from an Asda superstore, 5mins from Lidl and 8mins from Clapham Junction station.
We are looking for people who have similar interests to us. We're also looking for people who are clean, respectful and used to sharing with other people.
