Spacious double room en-suite in Battersea

I am moving from London and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease. My contract is valid until September 2024, but you have the possibility for option to another year.

The room is furnished, except the TV, chest of drawer and bed night stand - but I need to sell them, so if you are interested on keeping any of them, that can be arranged.

Council tax, water, internet and fortnightly cleaner are already included on the rent. There is an extra admin fee (£150) charged to set up contract.

Move in date can be flexible, according to your needs :)

Both flatmates work on a hybrid setting (usually 2-3 days from the office) and use the weekends to go out, so the flat is usually quiet over these days. We always hanged out together, found time to go out for dinner or drinks, but everyone enjoys their own space and respect the others’ as well.

Visits will ideally happen between the 15th and 25th of June, but can be flexible is necessary :)
