We’re looking for a friendly and sociable flatmate to join our 4-bedroom house in Battersea, just off Queenstown Road. Move in date is from mid June and it is a 6 month contract ending in mid December. The room is £770 per month, with bills coming in at £80.

The room is a lovely, bright and cosy double bedroom, with large windows and plenty of storage space. The room has a double bed (with storage space under the bed), wardrobe, chest of drawers, cupboard space, desk and chair. The room is located off the kitchen so ideally suits someone who mostly works out the house. There are 2 bathrooms in the flat so you will only be sharing with one other person. We have a great relationship with our landlord, and she is great with communication and fixing any issues straight away.

We absolutely love the location - it’s a 1 minute walk to bus stops, restaurants and bars, and a 5 minute walk away from a Sainsburys and Tesco. Battersea Park and Clapham Common are both located within a 10 minute walk of the flat as well.

The flat is an 8 minute walk away from Queenstown Road rail station (going to Waterloo) and a 10 minute walk away from Battersea Park rail station (going to Victoria). Clapham Junction is also only a 20 minute walk away. Clapham Common Tube and Battersea Power Station tube stations (both Northern line) are a 15 minute walk away. The bus stop is 1 min away, and some handy bus routes are the 137, 156, 452 and the N137.

We all get along really well in the flat and regularly go for drinks and also enjoy watching films/Netflix in the lounge. A little bit about us - Charlie (26) is a graphic designer, Will (25) is a tech analyst and Jennie (26) is a travel research analyst. We all enjoy travelling, pub nights, going to the gym, running and being social!
