Sunny Bedroom in Battersea!

Hello!!

I’m subletting my lovely sunny room in Battersea Square from the beginning of June (date TBC but definitely before the 12th) until the 4th of August.

Rent is £1000 pcm excluding bills. Bills usually come to around £90 per person.

The room has a wardrobe, two bed side tables, and a double bed in it with a mattress (no bedding). There’s also some shelf space on the walls which you’ll see in the piccies!!

The area is really lovely and relaxed, with a crepe/galette restaurant less than a minute away, as well as an Indian restaurant, a Gail’s and a wee corner shop!! Really has everything you need, as well as being a 2 minute walk to the bus (170) which takes your to Sloane Square/Victoria tube stations in 15/20 mins. The flat is also a 15 minute walk from Clapham Junction Station which is ideal for commuting to Waterloo/City!

You’ll be living with Viola, 25, who works as a Production Assistant for the British Basketball League, and Aine, 24, who works as a Fundraiser for the Samaritans Charity.
