Looking for a new flatmate! We are a 10min (speed) walk away from Clapham Junction, 15mins away from Battersea Park, 10mins away from Clapham Common - it’s great! We’ve got a lovely view out of our window in the lounge, and a separate kitchen. Looking for someone - another professional - to fill in the other room as my flatmate is moving out at the end of June when the new tenancy begins. My non-negotiable is cleanliness - I want the space to be a place we can come back to and relax and not have to worry about dirtiness or mess - specifically dirtiness!
