King size room in a well furnished garden flat

I’m looking for a flatmate to join me in my well furnished two bedroom flat, with a large garden on a quiet side street in Battersea.
The room has a king size bed, large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a bed side table. It’s very light, pretty quiet, and double glazed.
The flat itself has a dine-in kitchen, a cosy sitting room, a large bathroom and a utility cupboard with washer and dryer. The garden is big for London, and has a good outdoor table, perfect for summer bbqs.
A 10 minute walk from Clapham Junction, or a 5 minute bus ride to Battersea Power Station, the flat is pretty well connected, and has space for bicycle storage. A car permit can be applied for.
I’m a 37 year old PR, and I work from home on Tuesdays and Fridays. I have a small, hypoallergenic and very well trained mini golden doodle called Archie. I’m sociable and friendly, clean, tidy and respectful- not a party animal and I’m looking for someone similar to share my home with.
The rent includes council tax, and bills, but a cleaner can be arranged separately subject to discussion.
