Hi! We’re looking for a fourth flatmate to join us in our lovely top floor flat overlooking Battersea Park.
The flat has a modern but homely feel. There is a separate living room for movie nights, a window seat in the kitchen and there’s two bathrooms - you will share one with one other person. The bedroom is a large double, with views of the park, furnished, and walk-in cupboard/wardrobe.
We’re looking for a friendly female to replace our flatmate who is moving out 29/30th June weekend. As we all work (a mixture of remotely/few days in the office), a professional would be preferred and someone who is clean is essential.
We all enjoy exploring London and doing activities together on the weekends, as well as chilling watching TV during the week.
Aside from the rent and deposit, we also require a £50 fee to put your name on the contract with the estate agent. Bills come to around £100.
