Available double room in a 2 bed flat on Lavander Hill, walking distance to Clapham Junction Station, many cafes and restaurants around, clapham common park about 10 mins walking distance and battersea park 20 mins. This flat is very spacious with plenty of storage rooms around the house, shared separate kitchen, living room and bathroom.

The room:
The room is a double and comes with a king size bed and build in wardrobe. It's very bright (mu favourite part of it) at night there's a lovely view from the windows on the city lights and trains passing over the bridge in the distance.

Bills:
Bills come up to £150 a month (council tax, water, gas & electricity) may vary depending on the season.

You would be living with me, I am a 25 yo female creative who works in hospitality in Chelsea, I'm into music and fashion so go out to a lot to events and live gigs. I'm looking for someone who is chill, maybe with similar interests as me and likes to have a chat sometimes over a drink. My preferences are women but can consider men as well. I am looking for someone who is respectful of the house and flatmate's space, be clean and tidy and obviously feel comfortable and make the house their home!
