I'm subletting my room in a lovely 2-bed flat from September 28 till the End of October. The flat is in an 8-year-old apartment building situated between Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station, very close to the US Embassy, a minute away from Thames.

- **Groceries:** Large Waitrose around the corner, Sainsbury’s across the road
- **Shopping:** Battersea Power Station Mall is just a 5-minute walk
- **Cafés & Fitness:** Cute coffee shops (e. g., District) and gym/yoga/pilates studios nearby
- ** Leisure & Sports:** Battersea Power Station
- **Transport:** Lots of buses from Nine Elms Lane, and Northern & Victoria lines within walking distance, can make it to central London in 15-20 mins
- **Neighborhood:** Safe, friendly, with young people, families, and cute pets
- **Security:** Building has security

**Flat Details:**
- **Amenities:** Modern kitchen and lounge area, modern bathroom shared with one other person, lots of storage space
- **Preference:** Looking for a tidy and responsible female occupant who is in search for a cozy flat and can take care of the place well (important!)
