Room in battersea (zone 1) cul de sac

Hello,
I have a furnished room in Battersea/Wandsworth area which is in Zone 1. Good and easy links to central London with Clapham Junction station only a 7-8 mins walk. Also a 6min walk to Wandsworth Town station.
I live with my daughter who is on uni Summer break but will be going abroad in Mid August 2024 for a year of study. I am an easy going, friendly social person however, I don't go out on weekdays and tend to do so mostly on weekends especially as the weather warms up and church on Sunday. I love to travel and experience new cultures. Also a rugby fun :-). I am a professional social work manager and currently work from home. I highly value cleanliness and respect and would appreciate if this is reciprocal. I would want the tenant to feel at home and enjoy their stay!
