Double Room in Building with Pool and Gym

I'm looking for someone to take my room in a three bed flag, you’ll share wjth two friends (both male) in our mid-20s, both working professionals, and we’d love to find someone around the same age who’s looking for more of a home than just a place to sleep.

The room is a furnished double with built-in wardrobes, and there’s plenty of space to make it your own. We also have a good relationship with the landlord, so we’re allowed to redecorate and swap out furniture if we want – which we’ve started doing! If you’re into interior design or just enjoy making a space feel nice, even better.

The flat itself has:

Two bathrooms (no fighting over the shower),

A separate kitchen and a big, comfy living room,

And access to some pretty great perks: a pool, gym, squash court, rooftop BBQ area, and a 24/7 concierge.

They both enjoy hanging out at home and occasionally hosting friends or partners, especially when the weather’s nice and we can use the rooftop. We're quite sociable and tend to do things together now and then — cooking, heading out for drinks, or just catching up after work — and we’re hoping to find someone on the same wavelength.

The lease is long-term (about three years left), so it’s perfect if you’re looking for a bit of stability.

Bills come to around £100/month, give or take depending on the season (they go up by about £25 in the winter for heating). That covers everything – water, gas/electric, wifi, council tax, and the TV licence.
