En-Suite With Private Upstairs

Hi,

My friend is moving end of September and therefore looking for someone to replace her. It’s a gorgeous terrace house in Battersea, 10 min from Battersea park and the power station. Very big house areas with loads of space.

It’s a maisonette with the en suite room on the top floor being available. I am looking for a young professional, no couples, and someone who would like to stay a year minimum. I am very social and would love to have someone that doesn’t just “live there” but also who I get along with and have an occasional bev with.

About me, I’m from Sweden but lived in the UK on and off 10 years. I have a big social life and work from home, so have to be mindful of that and I don’t mind if you do. I want someone that takes care of the house and also wants to occasionally socialize, easy going and not just sharing space. I’ve always lived with friends before so this is new to me too!

I am open to students but preferably a professional. There is a working desk in the room as well and loads of storage.
