Double Room Available in Battersea from July 28th

I'm moving out of my flat and need someone to take over my lovely double room from July 27th. The flat is located in Battersea Square, Vicarage Crescent, with a beautiful view of the river.

We are just a 10-minute walk from Clapham Junction, and there's a bus stop right outside the flat that takes you directly to London Victoria or Clapham Junction.

You’ll be sharing the flat with two lovely housemates: Bryn, a mid-twenties speech therapist, and Sara, also in her mid-twenties, who works in science. Both work full-time, splitting their time between the office and working from home. We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and enjoys a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We love the occasional night in watching Netflix together!

Please note that while the couch and TV are leaving with me, the room is fully furnished and ready for you to move in.

Details:

Rent: £950 pcm plus bills (approx. £110 per month)
Deposit: £1,097
Since rent is due on the 9th of each month, the leaving tenant will need approx. two weeks' rent back along with the deposit.

We're looking for a female housemate – no couples, unfortunately.
