Huge Loft in Clapham Summer Sublet (4-6wks)

My enormous loft room in Clapham is available this summer while I'm away travelling in Japan! It would suit someone looking to spend the summer in London without forking out for a hotel, with some lovely flatmates and in a fabulous area.

We're 10 minutes from both Clapham Common and Battersea Park, Clapham North tube station, the buzzing pubs of Clapham Old Town and the new development at Battersea Power Station.

We have a lovely and spacious shared living room. Most of us cook most nights in our well-equipped kitchen and hang out watching TV and chatting. The flat would love to have someone chill and chatty who's conscientious and clean.

Bills are included with a minimum stay of a month between 13 July at the earliest and 29 August at the latest. Any questions let me know - pics coming soon...
