We’re looking for a flatmate to move into our flat from July as our lovely flatmate is moving out 🥲

The room is shown in the pictures. It is quite small but there’s lots of storage in the room and in the flat. We have a separate bathroom and toilet, and an additional shower. Well-sized kitchen & living room - also this video was taken last year but has since been freshly painted! ✨

You would be living with 3 mid-20s professional gals. We all get along and spend time together but have our own social lives.

The rent is £770 pm (bills around £100). - Deposit is 5 weeks rent and you will need to pass referencing checks with our agency and have a guarantor if you fall under minimum salary requirements

We are looking for a mid-20s girl preferably. The room doesn’t fit a desk so wouldn’t suit someone who WFH 🫶

Move in will be 12th of July.
