Description
Hi! I'm looking for somebody to replace me in this beautiful house from the start of August.
The flat is a 5 minute walk from Clapham Junction station, a 15 minute walk from Battersea Park, and is situated right next to Falcon Park. You will have access to a shared bike rack nearby, and a shared green-space that overlooks the back of the house.
You will be living with two lovely professionals (28f and 30f) who are very friendly and welcoming. Both have busy corporate jobs with hybrid working patterns and very active social lives.
Both are outgoing and social but also like to have their own space. We have a large, open plan living room that connects to a spacious kitchen, and a large TV with Chromecast that you are free to use whenever. We also have 2 bathrooms (one with a shower + bath).
We are a tidy household, so we are looking for someone who cleans up after themselves regularly. A cleaner has been coming every 2 weeks for a fee but their continuation can be discussed with the new tenant.
We also tend to share certain things like toilet paper/milk/some cupboards and tend to take it in turns buying things as needed, but this can also be discussed.
Bills:
Rent: £636/month (VERY good price for the area! Lower price than the others as it is a smaller room.)
Council tax: £28pp/month
Internet: £8.30pp/month
Water, gas and electricity tends to amount to ~£150 depending on the time of year.
I also have some things in my room that you are welcome to buy from me which I have acquired during the 3 years I have lived here:
Desk: £30
Bookshelves: £30 for both together
HP monitor 34" (brand new condition, in box): £100
