All girls friendly house in Battersea

Cozy furnished double room in sociable and stylish professional home in the heart of Clapham Junction.

You will be sharing with three lovely girls, we all met through spare room and are very welcoming. We enjoy spending time with each other in the evening cooking & watching tv. We would like to find someone that fits into this dynamic.

We are looking for a housemate who is going to treat the house as a home. Someone who is chilled, respectful, clean, tidy and occasionally up for pint.

The house is spread across 2 floors and has a large open plan living area & garden.
We are 8 mins walk from Clapham Junction Station, and 2 mins walk to Asda superstore.
We are also super close to both Battersea park & Clapham Common.🌳

*note we may change around rooms, one room is £675 and one is £775, we will confirm which room before viewings. Photos currently show £675 room, £775 is larger but up some steep stairs.
We pay approx £130 for bills (council tax band D (cheapest in London!) gas, elec, water, TV, WiFi & fortnightly cleaner). Every housemate takes on min 1 bill each.
We have a lovely land lady who we have a great relationship with.
