Small single room with a single bed and wardrobe available immediately. This is my mum's house (she lives downstairs in private area). Two other females currently living there. Kitchen with washing machine, cooker, air fryer etc. Separate shower room and separate loo. Communal conservatory/dining room. Roof terrace. Price includes all bills and low deposit.

I haven't been able to get to the house to take photo's but the room faces Lavender Hill but has double glazing. It's at the top of the flat (4 levels) and is above a shop.

Great local cafes and local supermarkets and just minutes from Clapham Junction station.
