Amazing room by Battersea Park

I’m sadly leaving my room after 3 years and I’m looking for a girl that keeps the room and the good vibes.

This is a 2 floors flat with a lovely garden and spacious living room. The house has 3 rooms and 1 bathroom. It’s only a few minutes walk from Battersea Park, 20 minutes walk to Clapham Junction station and the new Battersea Power Station is 20 minutes away. Plenty of bus stops around.

Price is £783.33 plus bills (around £90 per month). We have a rolling contract with our landlord through an agency that renews automatically in May.

I am looking to move out on the first week of August (it might take a little longer as the agency would run a background check on the new tenant, so it will be between August and September)

About us, we are three female professionals in our early thirties, we enjoy spending time together as well as we value some “solo” time at home. We like keeping the house clean and tidy, as if we owned it to feel like home. Zya is from Mexico, works for an architecture firm and has been living in the house for over 2 years. Sofia, also from Mexico, is a chef that recently moved to London and she is joining the house this month.

This is a not a party house, but we enjoy having friends over sometimes, as well as organising parties at home from time to time. BBQs during the summer time are nearly mandatory, we love spending time in the garden (when the weather allows us).
