Looking for someone to take over our tenancy early August (available from 6th Aug) for our flat in Clapham Junction/Battersea.

The flat is 2 bed 2 bath (1 en-suite), open plan kitchen/living with double French doors overlooking well-maintained large communal garden.

It’s in the Prices Court apartment complex, which is gated, so very secure. Located directly on the Thames Path with great access to the river, is a 10 min walk to Clapham Junction and 10 min to the Ship. Walkable to Battersea Park and Wandsworth Park.
