I am a 28 year old female young professional that has lived in London since my undergrad degree. I’ve been living in Fulham for 4 years and am looking for a clean and friendly house mate to share a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in a complex in Nine Elms, starting around 14TH SEPTEMBER.

The initial rental period would be 1 year with a 6 month break clause.
£2075 each, bills are not included but around £175 each

The flat complex boasts incredible amenities that are included in the rental amount. These include:

My ideal flatmate will be someone that enjoys a sociable living space and who will enjoy using all of the amenities that the building offers, but is keen to keep the shared space clean and respectful. Looking for a like-minded young professional that appreciates contemporary and clutter-free living.

I work in Old Street and am in the office a few times a week but will work from home occasionally. In my free time, I enjoy going to the gym and catching up with friends and travelling when I can, and am also trying to get back into tennis!
