We are looking for a new flatmate, preferably female, to join our lovely flat share in Battersea from 1st August.
The room is cosy and furnished, with plenty of more storage spaces around the house. Bills are around £100 a month and are not included in the rent.
The house is in a great location, 10 minutes walk away from Clapham Common and Battersea Park. Nine Elms station as well as Clapham Common station are within easy reach. It's also super easy to get to Gatwick airport, local trains take only 23 minutes!
There is no agency fees and we have a landlord who is very helpful.
Please note we are holding in-person viewings on 7th and 15th July. If you need a different date or to arrange a video viewing instead, please let us know. According to demand, we might not be able to accommodate a different date, but we'll do our best to get back to you and agree on a mutually suitable timeframe.
