I am parting my ways with this lovely house and a great deal because I am moving offices.
We are looking for a clean, responsible, and friendly lady who will respect the shared spaces and contribute to a harmonious living environment. I personally enjoyed my time in this share house, the ladies are all nice and respectful, are up for a chat, walk in the Battersea park or occasionally going to a pub.

The property is managed by an agency, it will be necessary to pass a reference check: right to rent, salary and previous references.

Room:
Furnished (all furniture stays),
Lots of storage space (both in the room and house)
En-suite renovated last year with a full bath,
Large kitchen and living room+garden,
Floors are a bit squeaky.

*Bills are about £100 on top of it*
-£76 monthly for water, gas and council tax
-£10 monthly for wifi
-electricity comes quarterly approx £100 per person.
