Double room in the heart of Battersea/Clapham

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a fun, bubbly girl to take my room in a four bed home in the heart of Battersea/Clapham Junction. (5/10 minute walk to Clapham Junction overground station)

You will be living with three amazing girls aged 25-28, who have all met through spare room. We enjoy socializing together whether it be walks through battersea park, movie nights, or drinks at the weekend, while also having our alone/down time.

Our downstairs is just about to be refurbed, and super cheat rent of £850 incl bills.

The house comes fully equipped with everything you would need, washing machine/dryer, all the way through to your crockery.

We would be looking for someone to take the room from the 5th September.
